Return & Refund Policy – AYA™
1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused,
-
In perfect condition,
-
And in its original sealed packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, tested, or partially used products.
Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

Opened beauty or skincare products,
-
Gift cards,
-
Downloadable items.
Proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, etc.) is required for all return requests.
Please do not send your return to the manufacturing address.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming:

That the product has been received, and
-
Whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment,

Within 5 to 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you do not see the refund:

Check your bank account,

Contact your bank or credit card company (processing delays may occur),

4. Sale Items
Sale items or products purchased with a discount code can be refunded, as long as they meet the return conditions (new and sealed).
We do not offer refunds for:

Clearance or end-of-line items,
-
Free gifts (“gift with purchase”).
5. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Products)
We replace any product that is:

Delivered damaged,
-
Shows a manufacturing defect,
-
Or has a transport-related issue.
To request a replacement:

6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout:

You will receive a store credit for the value of the returned item,

Once the return is received and approved.
If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
7. Return Shipping

⚠️ Any return sent without prior approval by email will be automatically refused.
Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

They are non-refundable.
If we provide a prepaid return label, its cost will be deducted from your refund.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.
8. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must:

Check your mailbox, neighbors, or concierge,

A logistics investigation may be opened (processing time varies by country).
